I have been an artist for most of my life. I graduated from the University of Iowa in 1980 with a bachelors degree in art. My areas of concentration were drawing, painting and photography. Although I did not study ceramics in school since graduation I have been fortunate to study with some of the finest artists and potters throughout the mid-west and east coast. I have placed in city, county and state competitions and have been represented by several area art galleries.
